Laura Guzman

As long as she can remember, Laura has always had a passion for helping others. In 2015, she earned her Bachelor of Education Degree in Exercise Science from East Tennessee State University to pursue that passion. She went on to work in the health and fitness industry which allowed her to help others while finding her niche in customer service. In her position at Heritage, her top priority is to provide superior customer service to clients and supporting her Heritage teammates.

Laura and her husband, Dalton, reside in the Powell area with their two dogs, Bear and Luna. In her free time, you can find Laura outdoors exploring her many hobbies. Some of her favorites include gardening, mountain biking, kayaking, and spending time on Norris Lake.
