The Heritage Investors’ website also collects public information in two forms: visitor logs (cookies) and visitor-submitted contact information.
Like most websites, your IP, basic demographic data, and the pages you visit on Heritage Investors are stored in the form of cookies in your browser. This information might be viewed by the Heritage Investors’ staff and limited select contractors to constantly improve the website’s user interface and to better accommodate your individual needs.

We are permitted by law to disclose the nonpublic personal information about you to governmental agencies and other third parties in certain circumstances (such as third parties that perform administrative or marketing services on our behalf or for joint marketing programs). These third parties are prohibited to use or share the information for any other purpose.
Information We Disclose to Affiliated Third Parties:
We disclose the following information to affiliated third parties for the purpose of Account Aggregation. The affiliated third parties to whom we disclose this information might include: Calendly, Orion, Riskalyze, eMoney, AdvicePay, or MAUS Business software.
If you prefer that we not disclose non-public personal information about you to affiliated third parties, you may opt out of those disclosures, that is, you may direct us not to make those disclosures (other than disclosures permitted by law). If you wish to opt out of disclosures to affiliated third parties, you can call our main number 865-690-1155 and ask to speak to the Chief Compliance Officer, or complete the section below and fax a copy of this document to 865-690-1003, attention Chief Compliance Officer.
