Operations Assistant

The Operations Assistant plays a pivotal role in ensuring that Heritage Investors and Heritage Business Advisors continue to deliver a world-class experience as well as desirable outcomes to organizational stakeholders.

  • Internal: Non-client-facing Heritage team members
  • Internal: Client facing Heritage team members

Clients

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to, assisting with new client on-boarding and enrollment and client service work.

Non-Client-Facing Heritage Team Members

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to, assisting with other Heritage team members on project work related to marketing, compliance, operations, reporting, etc.

Client-Facing Heritage Team Members

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to, assisting with the on-boarding of new advisors to the Heritage team, management of systems/processes that are designed to help the advisory team better advise Heritage clients, etc.
