After years of receiving an eclectic array of education and experiences, from US Army flight school and service during Desert Storm to completing his B.S. degree in chemistry/pre-med, Jeff found his calling in the financial services industry. In 2014 he joined a large insurance carrier and quickly developed an aptitude for personal risk analysis and protection planning. Finding his passion, Jeff continued to expand his education in the areas of retirement and estate planning. Since then, Jeff has earned his securities licenses and credentials as a Certified Estate Planner. Additionally, Jeff is passionate about helping families with special needs. He helped the State of Tennessee Treasury Department launch the ABLE-TN program – the second state in the country to do so at the time of inception!
At home, Jeff and his wife Jen have two girls in elementary school – one, a young equestrian and the other, a budding piano virtuoso. The Jeter family loves cheering for the University of Tennessee’s various athletics programs and are active members of their church: Fairview United Methodist where Jeff teaches 2nd & 3rd grade Sunday School and serves on the finance committee.
